FREE Consultation & Sales Support: We offer a free consultation to discuss all your boat electronics needs. Whether you're troubleshooting an existing system, planning a new installation, or need help choosing the right equipment, we're happy to help! We also provide free customized package estimates to ensure you get the perfect setup for your needs and budget.
FREE 30-Day Check-Up: For extra peace of mind, we offer a free 30-day check-up after installation to address any questions or concerns you may have. (For installations performed by First Water)
FREE Warranty Service: We handle warranty claims for all the products we sell and install. As a Minn Kota Authorized Service Center (ASC), we repair their products under warranty using OEM parts at no expense to you no matter where you purchased it. ** Does not include removal from the boat and reinstallation, or shipping costs.
FREE Support for Buyers & DIYers: When you purchase your electronics from First Water, you'll receive 60 minutes of free remote support within 30 days of your purchase, even if you install the equipment yourself!
Hourly Rate for Additional Support: For more in-depth troubleshooting or support that goes beyond the included time, we have a competitive hourly rate of $100/hour. Our live support hours are Monday-Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM MST.
Extended Support: Need help outside of our live support hours? You can always reach us by email or search our knowledge base for answers to common questions.
